Improve your Focus, Attention, Resilience & Self-esteem
Do you have difficulties attending, focusing, staying on task and/or goals and need to build resilience to stay on track? Do you lack appropriate support and need somebody to talk to about your goals and ability to achieve them? Is your mental health getting in the way? Do you need clarity or you doubt your ability to achieve? Sometimes these challenges may result in anxiety, doubt, fear or feeling like you are not good enough.
Sessions are suitable for any ages (children to adults) that need support in these areas. Josephine will work with your individual needs and support individual differences.
Sessions include strategies to:
Improve concentration and focusing skills
Stay on task and goals
Sessions will also help you improve your self-esteem and mental health such as depression and anxiety and also help you manage your stress so you can achieve your goals. Josephine will also implement cognitive or memory rehabilitation, if this strategy will help you improve your ability to focus and attend. Sometimes, past trauma has caused your mind to seem cloudy and caused confusion to the point where you can't focus well. Therefore, trauma counselling may also help.
