Grief and Loss can cause a feeling of confusion and result in loneliness and depression. It can also cause feelings of sadness from the loss and guilt and anger as many people feel that they did not spend enough time with their loved ones and wish they had done more.
Emotions of grief and loss usually spill into the workplace and can have a negative affect in the environment. At the same time the people who are grieving are afraid of more losses such as their job, therefore causing more anxiety.
