1 in 5 Australian workers experiencing family and domestic violence report the violence continuing into the workplace.  Therefore, it is important to create a safe workplace for those experiencing domestic violence and learn how to deal with employees who display unhealthy behaviours.  You will learn the signs when an employee is at risk of domestic violence, how to support the person, policies and procedures to improve systems and how to respond.  Strategies also include education on family and domestic violence including signs, symptoms and safety planning.
