Building Better Resilience The Building Better Resilience workshop will examine the concept of resilience, show you how to capitalise on your strengths and to recognise and address your stress triggers to build better resilience. You will also learn how to manage your thoughts and emotions during challenging times.
Resilience is about maintaining a positive outlook during stressful times and shifting perspective to recognise challenges as a learning and strengthening experience. Building better resilience will help you bounce back from challenges rather than falling into anxiety or depressive symptoms.
