Focus @ Work This is a 3 hour workshop to help you understand the psychology of staying focused, what gets in the way, how to manage your attention span, how to remain resilient and on task and how to manage stress. It is an interactive workshop where you will get to share your story and learn how to build on your strengths. You will learn strategies to fit your style and personality and that you could use immediately. Investment: $100 per person (does not include travel expenses and venue hire - if required). Positive Workplace Culture Improve people performance and helping employees work better together. This workshop will help you learn how to create and sustain a fair and productive workplace culture, initiate discussions about the current culture, what needs to change and how to change it to create a positive workplace culture. The workshop will be interactive, were you will in a group, decide on strategies that you have learned from the session to improve your own workplace culture and an in session case study. Building Better Resilience in the Workplace Resilience is an important factor to consider in the workplace as it enables employees to work better, cope with change and stress and become more flexible and adaptable in the workplace.
The Building Better Resilience workshop will examine the concept of resilience, show you how to capitalise on your strengths and to recognise and address your stress triggers. You will also learn how to manage your thoughts and emotions during challenging times.
Resilience is about maintaining a positive outlook during stressful times and shifting perspective to recognise challenges as a learning and strengthening experience. Building better resilience will help you bounce back from workplace challenges, manage stress more effectively and improve your work performance.
In the sessions you will have space to talk about your workplace challenges, how to use your strengths to overcome them and to gain insight as to the cause of it so you can learn from the experience.
