Teletherapy
Teletherapy provides an opportunity for you to attend sessions while in the comfort of your own home or workplace.
Teletherapy is not suitable for individuals who are suicidal or a homicidal risk to themselves or others.
It is only suitable if for any reason you are not able to attend face-to-face sessions.
How Teletherapy Works
There is a free initial consultation for 10 minutes.
A payment of the services will have to be made 24 hours before the session. An email will be sent to confirm payment.
It is important that you are in a room without anyone present (unless you are attending couples counselling) for confidentiality and to provide a safe container for yourself.
All sessions are confidential unless there is harm to yourself or others or information needs to be provided for legal reasons.
Sessions can only be provided if you have a webcam.
