Josephine is a trauma-informed counsellor and psychotherapist who recognises the signs of symptoms of trauma including decreased window of tolerance, signs of threat in her clients, and will work collaboratively with her client to resist re-traumatisation, provide hope and unconditional positive regard.
Techniques include trauma focused cognitive behavioural therapy, visualisations, emotional freedom technique,and inner-child work. Josephine also helps clients learn relaxation techniques to feel safe in sessions and heal from traumatic experiences and to help clients learn how to self-regulate emotions and behaviour.

During sessions you will:

Sessions will consider your past experiences, social and psychological aspects of self to give you a new and better start in life.
