Counselling can help clients achieve change through therapeutic modalities. We use an individualised approach. Modalities include emotion-focused cognitive behaviour therapy, inner child work, visualisation, emotion focused therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), focusing and the person-centred approach.
We can provide you with a supportive environment to talk about challenges, help you safely share your story, explore new opportunities, express and manage feelings and thoughts, and provide an opportunity for you to identify solutions to problems by working in partnership with you.
